1. Project Setup & Advance Payment

30% Advance Required:

• The client must pay 30% advance before project initiation.
• This covers software configuration, custom branding, initial setup, deployment, onboarding, and resource allocation.
• The 30% advance payment is strictly non-refundable once project setup has begun.

2. Remaining 70% Payment & Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

• The remaining 70% payment is due before or at the time of platform activation.
• The 70% amount is eligible for refund within 30 days from the official activation date.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
• After 30 days from activation, no refund will be applicable.
• Refund processing time is 7–14 working days after approval.

3. Domain & Server Charges

Third-Party Services:

• Domain registration and server/hosting charges are third-party services.
• These charges are paid directly to external providers.
• Domain and server costs are strictly non-refundable.

4. Subscription & Renewal Policy

• SaaS subscriptions (monthly or yearly) must be renewed before expiry.
• Failure to renew may result in suspension or deactivation of services.
• Subscription payments are non-refundable once the renewal period has begun.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel their service by providing written notice.
• The 30% setup advance remains non-refundable.
• The 70% balance is refundable only within 30 days from activation date.
• No refunds will be issued after 30 days of activation.
